venus and mars in same sign/house

Curious to know the effects of this combination. I have heard one the one hand that it is a very bad combination yet on the other hand very good, like the best of both worlds. Any thoughts? And why do you arrive at your points.

    VE and MA conjunctions shows a little bit aggressive tendencies in relationship, some times a sign of a very warm person. make sure that RA and SA are not connected with the aspect, these can make it not so good.
